Johnny Depp Birthday Donations Delivery!!Hi All~I took a rest after delivering the Johnny Depp Birthday Donations to LA Children's Hospital. I am back now and I am so happy to say the delivery went perfectly. I arrived approximately at 4pm and notified the front desk service man that I had gifts to donate.He called for assitants to help transport the gifts. As I was waiting for them to arrive I watched the many different families with their sick children arrive and leave the out of the lobby. I saw all ages of children infants, toddlers, teens. I saw their families some were large some were small. Seeing all the different children who attend LACH for care really touched my heart. I was fighting so hard to hold back my tears. I was hoping that the gifts I was about to donate would help at least one child through whatever their situation was. Beit chemotherapy, an organ transplant, or recovering from a very severe case of pnuemonia.After about 5 mins. two men with carts arrived to help me transport the gifts. We went into the parking lot and they loaded the gifts out of the car trunk on their carts. There were 3 bags all together. They said thank you and took the gifts up to the hospital.I got into my car and proceeded to drive home. I felt so good and I still do. Each child that will receive a donation will hopefully forget their illness, or opertaion or whatever they are there for if it is only for a minute.I would like to thank EVERYONE who participated in The Johnny Depp Birthday Donations to LA Children's Hospital. Without you it wouldn't be possible!!! Your generosity and warm hearts have truely touched me and will help many ill children smile!! It came in the mail on June 2. It is from my friend Lyn in Fla.She packed it w/ tons of goodies for the kiddies @ LA Children's Hospital and children @ San Diego Children's Hospital.
